Mavin record boss Don Jazzy grabbed an
award from The Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim church. He was honoured along with others including iconic Ebenezer Obey.
At the night of the award wearing his iconic white ‘senator’ like attire and accompanied by his protege, Korede Bello, Collins Enebeli (Don Jazzy) received the award and revealed that he had his music roots in Cherubim and Seraphim Church.
The presentation was done by church elders including General Secretary, Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Elder Napo Emuchay; Deputy Baba Aladura, Harold Olusegun Demuren and Board Member, Elder Ndison.
The atmosphere was charged as different church songs from Guest Artistes blared out of the speakers as many danced and sang taking snap shots with the hit maker, Don Jazzy. See photos below
Korede Bello sang his hit song GodWin which is fast becoming a church anthem. Don Jazzy surprised all as he picked the bass guitar performing seamlessly as the congregation sang along God Win.
