E ! Fashion-Police Fight: Kelly Osbourne Pounces on Giuliana Rancic

As Fashion Police on E! is set to return on August 31 having gone on hiatus since March 2015, there seems to be no love lost between Former "Fashion Police" co-host Kelly Osbourne and fellow co-host Giuliana Rancic whose controversial remarks about actress Zendaya proved a flashpoint in the show's disintegration.

According to Kelly Osbourne, "I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don't," TV personality Osbourne, 30, told TheWrap.com over the weekend at the Fourth Annual NYX FACE Awards in Los Angeles, explaining, "I don't think she's a good person and I think she's a liar."
Following the September death of star host Joan Rivers, "Fashion Police" brought on Rivers' friend Kathy Griffin as a replacement, but the show never regained its footing. Osbourne exited in February following a brouhaha over co-host Rancic joking that Zendaya's dreadlocks on the Academy Awards red carpet must have smelled "like patchouli oil. Or weed," a comment some took as racist. Zendaya shortly afterward accepted Rancic's apology. Griffin left suddenly in March, citing a comedy style incompatible with that of the show.

In April, as E! worked to revive the program, Rancic announced she and celebrity stylist Brad Goreski would be in the new cast.

The show's executive producer, Melissa Rivers, additionally was announced as co-host in June.

Osbourne told TheWrap.com that she might consider returning to the series "if certain people weren't there."

Rancic did not respond to Newsday's request for a comment.
